I. Product Description

 

The induced voltage withstand test of transformer and mutual inductor is an important test to ensure the product quality conforms to the national standard. longitudinal insulation induced voltage withstand test between turns, layers, sections and phases of transformer windings is an important item in transformer insulation test.The longitudinal insulation test needs to apply the test voltage through the multi-frequency power supply device to carry out the voltage withstand test.

 

The FKDBP-10KW tester is applied for 35KV and below CT/PT induced withstand voltage test , its test frequency is 50Hz,100Hz,150Hz,200Hz optional and output voltage is 0~500V or 0-800V.

 

 

II. Technical features

  • The internal core part of the device uses frequency conversion regulator. Parameter presetting, protection setting, frequency selection, voltage regulation control, etc., all adopt digital control technology. Data storage can be up to 3200 sets.
  • Touch operation, thermal printer.
  • The test frequency (optional) of 50Hz, 100Hz, 150Hz and 200Hz can be preset and the voltage (1V, 2V, 5V, 10V) can be adjusted to realize the multi-frequency test voltage output of the device.
  • The external LC filter circuit ensures that the waveform distortion rate is within the index range.The external compensation inductance with tap is used to compensate the capacitive current of the tested equipment and improve the load capacity of the device.
  • The rejection of the traditional three-phase five-column three-frequency generator generation principle, not only produce three times the frequency, but also can produce 1, 2, 3, 4 times the frequency of the test voltage output.
