DDG series large current injection test set is a kind of heavy current generator , it is used in power plant,substation,electric appliances plant and scientific research,test room,etc. it works for short time or make by order, with of small volume,light weight,nice performance,easy for overhauling, The test set also called as heavy current generator , Secondary Current Injection Test Set , or Primary Current Injection Test Set.
The 2000A~5000A large current test set adopts numerical control technology and has strong anti-interference ability Compared with the previous generation of current generator, it has low power consumption and large capacity. it has the advantages of large output power, small volume and light weight. It is mainly used for testing of MCCB ,ACB, bus-bar and various current transformers when need short time current injected. It is widely used in research, production and electrical test sites of power, railway, petrochemical, metallurgical and mining enterprises.
This series products are a one-body type current booster with one built-in manual voltage regulator.The continuous output max time at 3000A is 5mints on/more than 10mints off.
