I. Product Description
Z-VI Series DC hipot tester is used for DC high voltage withstand test and leakage current measurement for zinc oxide arrester, magnetic blowing arrester, power cables, generators, transformers, switches and other equipment. It is suitable for electric power branch, power department of factories, scientific research units, railway, chemical industry, and power plants.
II. Feature

  • Smaller, lighter, more beautiful, more reliable, easy to operate, fully functional, easy field use, the new century, the best and reliable products.
  • With the most advanced manufacturing technology, the first application of the latest PWM frequency pulse width modulation. By high-power IGBT devices, the adoption of high-frequency technology to improve the frequency, frequency up to 100kHz, making the output voltage more stable and ripple factor smaller.
  • The main components are made of the advanced technology components imported from United States, Germany, Japan and other countries, durable, immune of directly continuous short-circuit discharge.
  • Voltage regulation and high stability, smooth voltage regulating, output voltage regulation with single multi-turn potentiometer, a smooth step-up process, adjustable high precision. Voltage regulation accuracy of better than 0.1%, voltage and current measurement error is less than 1.0%, ripple factor of better than 0.5%.
  • Negative output, zero start, continuously adjustable, over-voltage protection, over current protection, zero protection, ground protection, specific disconnection protection etc. Automatic protection circuitry is strong, reliable and well-protected, so safe operation.
  • Addition of high-precision 75% VDC-1mA function do bring great convenience to MOA measurement. The instrument control box with the 75% of the voltage function keys. During arrester test, when the current rise to 1000 uA, open the 0.75 button, then voltmeter, ammeter shows that 75% of the value of the data, after it immediately back to zero, and while the fine-tune voltage back to zero on the knob, and pressing the green button should immediately cut off high-voltage and turn off the power switch. And then do other tests.
