Variable Frequency Resonant Withstand Voltage Test Set , For EHV High Voltage GIS Test
I. Application :
This test set model CHX-4800KVA/200KV,400KV,600KV,800KV is designed to perform on-site AC hipot test with variable frequency resonant circuit technology for above 110kV~800KV class GIS and other HV electrical facilities ; The highest test voltage is no more than 200KV,400KV,600KV or 800KV through modular HV test reactors in parallel or in series connection ;the test frequency can be from 30-300Hz; the duty cycle is no more than 15mints or 60mints.
Through modular test reactors is connected in parallel or in seires, the test set also can be performed the following on-site AC hipot test:
1.1 No more than 200KV and 24A for HV GIS with no more than Urated=123KV and other HV electrical facilities
1.2 No more than 400KV and 12A for HV GIS with no more than Urated=300KV and other HV electrical facilities
1.3 No more than 600KV and 6A for EHV GIS with no more than Urated=550KV and other HV electrical facilities
1.4 No more than 800KV and 6A for EHV GIS with no more than Urated=800KV and other HV electrical facilities
Until now , we had supplied 1200KV and 9A rariable frequency resonant test system for China power grid company. The designed test set also forms many different serialized model according to different HV or UHV withstand test applications through test reactors in series or in parallel connection and number of configurations in each set, The alike model can see other typical model at following clause.

Note:1. Load capacitantor can be optional when small load line is tesing or need analog load to control test frequency .
2. Test reactor can be produced to be 150KV,200KV,250KV,300KV, 350KV, 400KV for each piece rated voltage according to different tested object scope or customer requried. The max. rated current of each HV reactor can be 1~15A optional in this serialized set,
3. HV Damping inductance can be optional for suppressing high frequency harmonics and resisting overvoltage caused from tested object flashover, special in EHV or UHV test set.
