I. Products Description and Application 

 

In the process of power transformer working or metering installation, its nameplate lost or nameplate parameters (transformer capacity, no-load loss, no-load current, short-circuit current, etc.) confirmation often occur. so the FKRTC tester can be used .

 

The instrument accurately measures transformer capacity, no-load current and no-load loss, short-circuit voltage and short-circuit loss. It can also be used as an oscilloscope or vector analyzer.

 

The capacity tester can be carried out on standard and non-standard distribution transformers of 10KV and 35KV, and the capacity test range is 10~100000KVA. .Non-standard transformers include: electric furnace transformers, intermediate frequency transformers, and rectifier transformers..

 

 

II. Features

  • It can accurately measure the capacity of distribution transformers, passive measurement, convenient and accurate.
  • Own internal power supply, auto-generated three-phase test power supply.
  • It can measure the no-load current, load loss, short-circuit voltage, short-circuit loss of various types of transformer.
  • It can automatically do waveform distortion correction, the temperature correction, voltage correction (no load test at non-rated voltage conditions), the current correction (short-circuit test at non-rated current conditions).
  • The instrument can calculate corrected results only if the operator enter the correct index according to the transformer type. It is very suitable for the company who has no the capacity to do the short-circuit test of larger capacity transformer.
  • Limit the amount of voltage loop width: the maximum measurable voltage up to 750V, which guarantee accuracy without changing gears. There will be no damage to the instrument due to a wrong voltage gear.
  • Large screen, high brightness LCD display, full Chinese menu and operating tips is to achieve a friendly man-machine dialogue. Touch buttons make operation more convenient.
  • Users can test at any time the data by mini-printer.
